I know why you are here…
You are exhausted.
Exhausted from getting up countless times in a night.
Exhausted from reading every. single. website about baby sleep.
Frustrated with yourself because you can’t seem to figure it out.
Frustrated with your baby because they don’t follow what the books and experts say.
Frustrated with your partner because they don’t understand how guilty you feel about your baby’s bad sleep habits. (And maybe also frustrated that their nipples are worthless...or maybe that’s just me!)
What if I told you…
Your baby is not a “bad” baby (even if they don’t take long naps or wake up in the middle of the night).
You don’t have to stop...cosleeping, nursing to sleep, rocking) your baby (if you don’t want to!)
You can feel in control. Not of your baby’s sleep, but of your expectations (for yourself and for baby), and the methods you use to support your baby’s sleep.
Struggling as an exhausted first-time mom to “figure out” how to get my baby to sleep and only hearing about one solution everyone talked about: sleep training. I knew there had to be more choices, and that’s when I discovered the principles I set forth in this holistic, respectful sleep support.
We look at every aspect of your baby to see what might be impacting their sleep: their day, their routines, their temperament, their nutrition, etc.
We prioritize the caregiver-child relationship first, always. Connecting will continually lead you to understand your unique child’s specific sleep needs.
Night-weaning is not necessary in order to get a good night’s rest. We also support families to safely cosleep if that is what works for them, and we dive into the benefits of safe cosleeping for baby and Mama’s sleep.
"I love that it fully supports my instincts and my attachment-parenting approach. It offers realistic expectations on baby sleep and reassured me that what I went through is normal and eased a lot of my stress. If you are looking for guidance on getting more sleep for both you and your baby, while preserving your precious relationship with your little one, this course is the answer!"
"This course helped me feel empowered in my parenting choices. I feel so much more educated about normal baby sleep and it has helped me be more supportive to my 8 month old during challenging moments. I wish every new mother could be gifted with this course and the powerful information that comes along with it. Society makes us feel like our babies are broken or there is something wrong, and I think the mere understanding that what is occurring is normal has lifted 100lbs of stress off my shoulders. I can't thank you enough for putting a course like this together."

"I highly recommend Taylor’s gentle sleep course! The thing I regret most is not having this information sooner! It could have saved me years of anxiety surrounding my son’s sleep."

No. We approach sleep holistically with the understanding that many factors impact how a child sleeps, and that sleep training does not "train" a baby to sleep or address any underlying causes of sleep disruption/disturbance. This is not a "no-cry" approach because we value the importance and validity of emotion and tears when supported by a loving, responsive caregiver. We encourage you to always follow your baby's cues and trust your own intuition, and we never recommend or encourage any arbitrary rules or time limits as these take the intuition piece out of the equation. We only promote responsive and respectful sleep changes.
